  • How long are the delivery times?

    In most cases you should receive overnight delivery of your DVDs. We send our DVDs by Fast Post to all customers to ensure you receive your movies as fast as possible. Rural Delivery customers may experience slightly longer delivery times.
  • Do I have to pay to send back the DVDs?

    No! Shipping is free both ways. We provide each DVD with a prepaid FastPost envelope to return your disc in.
  • When do I have to return my DVD?

    You may return it whenever you want. If you have requested that your account be cancelled then you must return all discs to us before your account cancellation can be finalised.
  • Where in NZ will Fatso deliver?

    Fatso delivers everywhere in NZ!
  • What if the DVD doesn’t work?

    We constantly look for improving our DVD collection but if your disc appears to be damaged, please login and use the 'Report a problem' link provided for that title in the "DVDs At Home' section of your Queue. Check the box marked 'Send me a replacement disc' and we will send you another DVD or Blu-ray disc free of charge.
  • Can I rent Blu-ray discs?

    Yes you can and with no extra charge. Over 2,000 titles are available in Blu-ray across many genres. To rent Blu-ray titles you need to enable Blu-ray on the 'My Account' page. You can set your preference to automatically add Blu-ray discs to 'my Queue' where they are available.
  • How can I cancel or hold my account?

    With Fatso, there are no strings attached! You can cancel your account at any time by going to the My Account section, clicking the "Cancel membership" link and following the instructions. Alternatively, you can temporarily put your account on hold by clicking the 'Put account on hold' link in the My Account section. Accounts can be suspended for up to 3 months and will automatically re- activate at the end of the suspension period. The cancellation or the suspension will take effect when all discs are received back to us.
  • Can I change plans?

    Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan online at any time from the 'Change plan' link on the My Account page of the website.
  • What if I don’t have a credit card?

    You can set up a Direct Debit authority and pay directly from your bank account each month. Please contact us to set up this payment method.
  • What day will my first payment go through?

    You start paying the day after your free trial ends (or the first day of your subscription for a plan without a free trial). Thereafter you will be charged on your billing date, monthly in advance.
