capturing the feeling of disconnectedness from other people even when everything around is suffused with hyper-realistic vibrancy. Simply beautiful.

Very convoluted. Never sure what time we are in Past Present or perhaps future.
Not sure what the point of the film was.
Not having read the book and I am sure that would make it a little... Read more
clearer.The director was trying very trying to tell the story in a new way and played/filmed the time zone in two shades of colour or sepia plus 'normal' colour which did not work as some scenes were either too dark or too light and the colours were not obviously present adding to the confusion

I loved this film!!! Great cinematography, set, script, execution and TOM FORD spectacles ha! Great to see Colin Firth playing such a different character instead of the predictable 'nice guy'. Highly recommend.
