When her teenage daughter is asked out by the high school football star Michelle Ross, a widowed young mother could not be happier. But unwittingly her daughter, Lexi, is the subject of a bet that her date, Greg, has made with his friends. Greg wins the bet – to get Lexi in bed and video it – but his ex-girlfriend, Carleigh, loses her cool when she learns of the video and begins distributing it by email around the school. When the video goes viral the distraught Lexi commits suicide. So Michelle vows to get justice.
