The people who have written the one-star 'reviews' of this film are wrong. They clearly have no idea what they're talking about. This film is a masterpiece that they have failed to appreciate. Their loss. See this film.

Worst movie ever, and absolute overuse of the pause. Was irritating to watch!
This film absolutely does not meet the expectations created by the trailer, which is completely deceptive and suggests this is a typical action film with fast cars. There is no plot, minimal substance... Read more, and the characters are infuriatingly one dimensional. Ultimately it is a completely unsatisfying film.
I enjoyed it..but it felt a little flat, lacked a little depth to the characters and story.
Stylish, noirish, good to look at but lacking a certain substance. Not much character development, in fact I found the main character annoying, but worth if for the cinematography.

Drive is a classic in the same vein as The Godfather, Taxi Driver and others in that class.
