of the characters. I think Dorothy (Renee Zellweger) & her relationship with her sister (Bonnie Hunt) was a job well done, but Jerry's (Tom Cruise) relations with his ex-fiancee and with Tidwell had room for improvement.Overall it was a nice film that left you feeling good when it finished but it did not do enough to really captivate or touch you deep down.

I reckon this is a modern day classic - highly recommended guys and gals alike.
So many classic scenes, "did you know the human head weighs 8 pounds" and "you had me at Hello"... don't miss it

A classic Tom Cruise 'chic flick' that guys can bear to watch too. Up there with TOP GUN and FAR AND AWAY. If you haven't seen this by now....where have you been all this time? "You had me at hello!"

not. It's about a guy struggling to succeed in the modern world of cut-throat business competition and high stakes. It's also about friendship, loyalty, love and ambition. Even if you don't like Tom Cruise much (I don't) he's brilliant in this role, as is the rest of the cast, particularly Cuba Gooding, Jr. and Renee Zellwegger. All-in-all, a great movie! Rent it.

This is a great comedy drama for all the family, the little boy is hilariously funny which makes the movie so good alongside Tom Cruise of course. The rest of the characters were also brilliant loved it to the very end.
