A bit dated, but amusing in parts. The highlight is the documentary of the Pythons made at the time of making the film (1979). Very interesting and it is worth hiring the dvd just for this.

It was fun to revisit this film so many years after watching it when it was first released. It is still funny and risky but possibly a bit dated now, of course. Still worth a look.

Really funny classic Python film. Not their best film but still something that everybody should make sure they see at least once in their lifetime. "He's not the Messiah; he's just a very naughty boy."

Not as good as "the Meaning of life". Not a good idea to try and spread one gag into a feature length funny.

I'd alway's heard about the Monty Python movies etc and have finally got around to seeing one of them. I loved the humour, very clever minds or silly ones could only be the ones who could write this movie.
