Five Total Strangers Team Up For The Perfect Crime. They Don't Know Each Other's Name. But They've Got Each Other's Number.

Four perfect killers. One perfect crime. Now all they have to fear is each other.

Former video store clerk Quentin Tarantino's directorial debut, RESERVOIR DOGS, is a brutally funny, supercharged introduction to his supremely distinct cinematic vision, which was later to become one of the most mimicked styles of the 1990s.

Mastermind Joe Cabot (Lawrence Tierney) assembles a crew of top-notch criminals to pull off a jewellery store heist. As the film opens it becomes immediately clear that the plan backfired, forcing the survivors, who have gathered at an abandoned warehouse, to figure out if one of them is, in fact, a police informer. The crew - Mr. White (Harvey Keitel), an aged veteran; Mr. Orange (Tim Roth), a wounded newcomer; Mr. Blonde (Michael Madsen), a psychopathic parolee; Mr. Pink (Steve Buscemi), a bickering weasel; and Nice Guy Eddie (Chris Penn), Joe's son - begin to unravel as the pressure becomes too much for them to handle. When Joe arrives, the truth becomes clear in a vicious Mexican stand-off.

Totally incredible on every level. The best heist movie ever made..and they don't even show the heist!!! Only someone as clever as Tarantino could do that.

Very much a Quentin Tarantino movie. Quite slow at the start and almost gave up but worth it in the end.

Lot of blood.Reminded me of a old school gangsta flick gone wrong.Could have done with some female characters.Still enjoyed it.

I hadn't seen this movie for a long time. It was great watching the ensemble cast go for it! Great story, classic ending - all totally over the top! Great escapism even if it is violent!

A Tarantino classic most notable for its brilliant wordy dialogue delivered by some top notch actors. This is a crime movie that famously omits the crime itself and instead follows the crime as they... Read more

What a waste of time. I expected a lot better being a Tarantino film.

Normally I find his films very clever and well constructed but this was just a bloodbath that led to nothing.

Very violent... Read more

Tried twice. I just could not sit through this one. Agree with expecting more from Tarantino but I guess his style of collages was too much here.

Violence, but poor storyline. Waste of time, what was the fuzz about this movie?

Sharp, stylish and packs a punch. You'd expect nothing less from a Tarantino film. If you love Tarantino flicks you'll applaud this one. With the right amount of twists and turns portrayed by a knock... Read more

Tarantino's finest work. Often people focus on the violence of the movie but what makes it so good is the razor-sharp dialogue throughout such as the conversation about tipping, and Mr Pink complaining... Read more
