Brilliant movie - in which man's inhumanity to man brings a tear to the eye. Rewrites what we thought we knew of the Mau Mau uprising in Kenya, and thye aftermath. Wonderful acting from young and old.

Really great movie and so moving - shows the commitment of both the pupil and teacher to the importance of knowing how to read and write.
