We thoroughly enjoyed this movie and found it was so interesting and exciting that the subtitles went almost unnoticed. Can't wait for the follow-up.

Had read the book so that helped. Of course impossible to put a whole book into a movie but I think it was done well.

of Lisabeth's guardian. It was a very long movie yet held my attention throughout, getting me caught up in the problem solving. Not really sure why it was rated 18, although the scene where Lisabeth deals out her justice to her guardian perhaps deserved 18. The ending was a little bit cliched: reminding me of several endings.

Brilliant movie. Apart from the sub titles it was the best movie i have seen in awhile. Full of suspense, drama just kept you interested all the way through.

Totally enjoyed this movie, at the beginning was a bit hard to understand what it was about but as the movie moved on realised it was two stories in one; great acting; some very dramatic scenes but otherwise highly recommended for viewing

Loved this movie, great plot and really well acted. A few graphic scenes which were hard to stomach but other than that, I enjoyed every minute!

This is one of the most uninspired movies of all time. A rape, forced oral sex, lesbians..it is just disgusting with no titalation or plot. the ending is worthless too.

says), has that European film atmosphere so absent from Hollywood & well paced etc. Refreshing to see great actors you have never even heard of.
