Yes it changes the books, but it's just as well done as the first movie. Good adaptation and I enjoyed it (though it was a long movie!!).

Much better than the first movie. I found the first movie rushed like watching it in fast forward and not keeping up if I hadn't read the books so Im glad they made this movie longer. Effects were awesome... Read more

Really enjoyed this one and felt it raised the political tension in the movie series to a whole new level. Time spent in the hunger game itself was shorter than expected, but the plot was fast-paced and sets the third movie up brilliantly.

Perfect follow on to the 1st movie, actors are suburb at bringing their maturity through what they've already been through back to this 2nd instalment. Sad to see Philip Seymour Hoffman knowing that it will be the last time... 5 stars

Good movie, we liked it, but the part when the old lady was given a piggy back ride to escape just reminded us of the Benny Hill Show

Not a bad movie , the fight for survival and thrown in for good measure a love triangle. Great effects.

Enjoyable. Time just flew by. Looking forward to the revolution.

This is a fantastic follow-on to the first Hunger Games. Jen Lawrence is awesome. Can't wait to see the next one!

An uninspiring sequel with little beyond the original. Same cast, same plot, nothing new. Jen Lawrence and Woody Harrelson do tne same thing again. Nothing here for thinking folks. Save yourself the pain.
